Hayley Isabel will be a guest performer at the Youth of Distinction Awards recognizing youth, 12-18 years of age, for the remarkable ways they choose to live. The awards are not academic; rather, they focus on volunteerism, selfless service, and overcoming personal challenges. The nine categories are: Advocacy, Arts & Culture, Environment, Innovate, Leadership, Peer Support, Perseverance, Sportsmanship, and Volunteer.

The Youth of Distinction Awards are a great opportunity to celebrate youth in Calgary! An event for youth, by youth, these awards are planned by a volunteer steering committee of youth aged 12-18. The committee have selected 27 finalists to be recognized at the ceremony. Please join us for an afternoon of engaging stories, performance and celebration!
